Planning Fees
Not every trip requires a planning fee. I can arrange many travel bookings—including hotels, cruises, and other individual reservations—without a separate planning fee.
For more complex trips that require significant research, itinerary design, coordination, and ongoing planning, I charge a customized planning fee based on the scope of the trip.
Planning fees typically start at $300 and may include destination research, itinerary design, accommodations, tours and experiences, transportation, and logistics coordination. Final pricing is confirmed after our initial conversation, once I understand what your trip requires.
